Project management & purchasing

Each of our jobs is run by a Project Manager, who plans and oversees the project from start to finish. They liaise closely with the clients, Site Manager and construction team, architects, structural engineers, building control inspectors and any other professionals involved with the project.

Many people do not have the time to research, buy and arrange delivery of items such as kitchen appliances, radiators, flooring, lighting and bathroom sanitary ware for their project. For a small administrative fee, we can manage this process on behalf of clients, passing on trade discounts where available.
