A large proportion of our work comes through architects, as part of competitive or negotiated tenders. We have built up lasting relationships with several practices and become regulars on their tender lists. We also welcome meetings with new architects and opportunities to show examples of our ongoing and completed projects.

We work with architectural practices of all sizes, including Architecture for London, whose twin extensions project for neighbours in Shoreditch was featured in Grand Designs magazine in 2017.

In 2012, we won a Federation of Master Builders award for London and have been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 20 award-winning builders. In 2018, one of our projects won a Don’t Move, Improve award.

Our scope

We work in areas of East, East-Central and North London, on projects ranging in value from around £100k to £600k. We have the capacity to work on 6-8 projects at a time and are highly experienced in:

  • Bespoke joinery

Tender requirements

We appreciate as much notice as possible about forthcoming projects, as our quoting and construction schedules get booked up well in advance. To provide detailed quotes, we require:

  • Advance notice of tender opportunities
  • Minimum 4-week tender period
  • Technical design pack
  • Full structural design
  • Schedule of works
